Qingdao Office Towers are gently twisting towers that double views for tenants, increase lease management opportunities for property managers, and excite the city's skyline.

 

The concept behind this project is win-win flexibility for owners and tenants as well as thoughtful sustainable solutions such as passive cooling and a louvered facade to draw solar gain in the winter and deflect it in the summer.

 

The exoskeleton diagrid structure works on both macro and micro scales as it maximizes interior floor area and stands out in the city skyline amidst proliferated orthogonal facade expressions.
